Overall, we were very happy with the experience. The hotels were very good and the staff there exptremely helpful. We suggest that more detail should be shared with the individual guides who did not know what was happening the following day or what times we would be picked up. Also, there was repitition in the activities.

Save your yourself time, stress, and money by never booking with this company. They don’t care about their customers and the service shows. I booked a 5-day Galapagos tour and got food poisoning the day of my flight. When I called BM they told me that I had to get on the flight... as I was throwing up. I had to beg them to reschedule my tours, and when they finally did, I realized that they actually just canceled 3/5 tours with no compensation. When I asked for an extra night in Isabella to make up for the canceled tours, they refused and were extremely rude. I ended up leaving most of the events and getting new tours because they refused to help. They still have not offered any time of refund or additional service, so I am unsure of where my money went after they canceled my tours. On the one snorkeling tour that I had scheduled for 8am, I waited for 45 minutes until someone showed up to tell me that the operator forgot and it would now be at 10am. BM did not apologize for this or offer a solution. Never use this company and be careful booking on sites offering tours to make sure that they are not being offered by BM tours.
