The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

This is a scam. They do not pick you up and they will ignore all communication for a refund. We were left stranded and needed to take a taxi to the airport.

Included a fun visit to a Galapagos tortoise reserve, lava tubes and the Charles Darwin Research Center. Andy did an excellent job explaining everything in both English and Spanish, including facts on both the animals and plants we saw. The only thing I would change is that we had to wait for over an hour to depart from the Baltra airport because of some late-arriving passengers, making it an extra long day!
