During the tour you will get to experience a taste from artisan producers, cheese makers, creative beer projects, artisan chocolatiers, traditional family run businesses to young entrepreneurs with devotion and commitment to showcase the best of Irish produce. With experienced & local guides, giving you the insights to our favorite places and treasured ingredients.

I went on this tour with my family and we were lucky enough to get a small group, making for a fun and intimate food experience. Our leader Kerry mentioned she was relatively new to giving this tour, but she did a phenomenal job shepherding us around the city and giving us insights into the city. She talked not just about the lovely places we stopped at, but also mentioned some of the other quirks of the Galway culinary experience, from spice bags to poitín. Our only regret was that we did the tour on our last day, so we didn't get the chance to return to all the shops and restaurants we visited. All the more reason to go back!

I'm so glad I booked the food tour and would absolutely do it again. Danny did a fantastic job in guiding the group, and you could tell the tour was well thought out. Every item we tried tasted fantastic...so worth it.

Danny is a great guide and very knowledgeable about the Galway food scene. We had coffee, whiskey, sushi, yes sushi. A nice portion of lamb stew and mussels, the best seafood chowder of our entire trip. And finally, ice cream at Murphys to make for a delicious food tour.
