In short I wouldn't recommend this tour because the tour guide (Terry) was so uninformative. A different tour guide giving more info..I would give it a better review. I gave it 2 stars because he was a safe driver.
This is totally out of the control of the tour company so that is not why I rated it so low. (Check the weather before you book this tour. It was snowing on the day I went and I couldn't see anything when I got to the top of Schlithorn. That was kind of disappointing) On the day of the tour when we got to Schilthorn the cable car was temporarily not working and not able to go to the top. So our tour guide recommended we go to the 1st level and spend our time there but after a bit the cable car started working. I spent some time on the 1st level and there was definitely not enough there to do to kill several hours. It was beautiful to see. It was a ski in/ski out Swiss village with some small shops and restaurants. We stopped at another Swiss village on our way to Interlokken. I had to ask our tour guide what the name of the village was. He did not offer that information or any other information regarding anything else. Due to slow traffic/accidents on the way there when we finally got to our last stop, Interlokken, we only had 45 mins to spend there. That definitely is not enough time to spend there. Most of the restaurants were sit down style so it wasn't enough time to get something to eat before you left. I had previously booked a Grindenwald and Interlokken tour through another tour company for the next day. I was reluctant to book a tour where I was seeing the same city twice but I was glad I did. The tour guide was so much better and more informative. I enjoyed spending more time in Interlokken the next day.
