Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

it did not happen and I applied for a refund which I have not received. what is the status? I gave you all the facts on my refund application.

Would not recommend. Flew over 18 hours to get to Zurich, gave all the info on our arrival to company. There was a huge line to get through customs, they driver called us while in line and said sorry they could not wait and left us high and dry at the airport. I asked for a refund but they said no. Terrible! There is nothing we could do, and paid double to get to our airport. Stay away from this company.

Our driver was waiting for us as we exited the baggage claim area. He was on time (even though our flight was late), took our bags to the car, water bottles were waiting for us and we got to the hotel in style!! What more could you ask for?
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
