In the group came a pregnant mom and another person with a cast on his leg. It could have been a challenge; but, thanks to the attention and quality of the operator, they managed to make them both enjoy each activity as if there were no limitations, with total comfort and care. The attention was so personalized and humane thanks to the patience and affection with which they were treated, that everyone felt in the best hands. Every detail was taken care of with dedication.
Not only did they make sure that everyone enjoyed themselves, the most surprising thing was that, in addition to fulfilling what was agreed, they gave us additional views that were not in the initial program, that gesture of generosity and commitment for the well-being of the group to go further, reflects their passion for what they do and their commitment to provide unique experiences. When we thought the trip was already perfect, they did even better. It is not only a Tourist Service, but also a humane, close and exceptional attention, extra details and memories that will remain forever. We actually had ride from Basel to Zurich airport but that wasn’t an option. Our driver Paul was great. There was an accident on the main highway and he took us through neighborhoods and back roads to get us to the airport on time. I left my phone on the ship and he immediately called the ship and handed me his phone. He also offered to send my phone back to me, but Viking handled that. He was great!
