We had a great day out with Payam! This was our second tour in two days with him. We decided very late on the day of our first tour to book in another tour for the following day. Payam was very accommodating and after rearranging his day fitted us in. He is very flexible and you get to spend more or less time in various places to focus on what you are most interested in. Including giving our kids some time at a playground, and entertaining them with games on our journey. Highly recommend, and would definitely do again if the opportunity arose. Great day - thanks Pie!!

Our trip to the Black Forest and Rhine Falls was awesome! Our tour guide, Pie, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and adjusted our tour to our needs and interest. We didn't think we would be capable of the hike to the top of the waterfall in Germany so he was able to accommodate and instead gave us time to take a lake cruise on Lake Titisee. He also made a wonderful recommendation for lunch and helped us understand the menu. Throughout the day he took over 80 pictures for us to document our entire experience! We accidently left a jacket in the vehicle and between Pie and Alp Excursions it was returned to us early the next morning. I highly recommend this tour and this operator!

It was not possible to hire travel for refusing to give me a quote for the website. I asked Grand Voyage for a budget in line with its proposal from Vietnan and Cambodia. I wrote a form requesting the dates and that specific offer. It was like starting over. They asked again the data to make ME ANOTHER offer and not that of their website
