Tour guide was great. Learned many things about city. For a chocolate tour there was not a lot of chocolate tasting. Only went to 3 stores.

Unfortunately, this was the worst tour I took while visiting Europe with my mom.
I know since it was an inexpensive tour it wouldn't be too fancy but I expected a better experience.
The tour guide was a bit inexperienced. The tour could have been organized much better. There were a lot of people on the tour (about 40). This was too many people for this tour. The chocolate shops couldn't even fit everyone in there. Therefore, we didn't even get to go in all the shops on the tour and do tastings.
The tour guide bought some chocolate from the grocery store and passed it around to compare it to the "fancy" chocolate. It was a bit of an odd choice.
Overall, I wish the experience was a bit better since there are so many amazing chocolate shops in Zurich.

An interesting combo of city tour combined with the background and sampling of three of the most popular Swiss chocolatiers of Zurich. We got information on the city (present and past) and got to try the specialty of each of the three stores.
Our guide was very friendly. With the noise of the traffic it was at times hard to understand. The information we got was interesting but a bit dry. A portion of humor would have lifted the group's spirit.
