Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We provide free waiting time up to 60 minutes at the airport (after your actual flight landing time) and 15 minutes at your hotel accommodation

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The man that was scheduled to pick us up refused to accommodate us properly. He told us that hec was going to send us his smallest car and if it luggage didn’t fit, that we would just have to Uber the rest to the airport, which is completely illogical.

Our driver was friendly and courteous. The vehicle was immaculate. There was early communication to get our flight information and tell us our pickup time. The pickup time worked perfectly.
