The class was excellent. The wine was great. Timur was a patient and a great teacher. Can wait to try it at home. Highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed the master class. I was greeted with a glass of wine, vegetable salad and Georgian cheeses. Then we made khachapuri and khinkali together, they even sent me the recipe later. This was my first cooking class and I really enjoyed it. I recommend this place.

Dumpling school was one of the highlights of Tbilisi. A group size of 4 was just right. Our chef guide Timor provided a masterclass in the Georgian culinary staples of khachapuri (cheese filled/ cheese topped flat bread) and khinkali dumplings. Timor made learning fun with lots of anecdotes, recommendations, top tips and hands on experience. Why is kneading dough so therapeutic? And crimping khinkali shapes by hand. So enjoyable. This is an essential activity to incorporate into your Tbilisi explorations.
