If you are nature lovers and you like to discover new areas, this is the best option for you!! On this full day tour you will explore different areas, the first area with a lot of history where our guide will explain the medieval and Jewish heritage of Besalú and a second part of the day to enjoy the nature of the Natural Park of La Garrotxa, in the pre-Pyrenees area with more than 40 volcanoes none of them active for thousands of years. You will prove it with your own eyes visiting a Medieval hermitage located in the middle of the crater of one of them. Also you will visit Castellfollit de la Roca to take some photos of the Basaltic cliff and Santa Pau an small village sorrounded by volcanoes. To finish this amazing day, you will have the opportunity to have a walk or to sail at the Banyoles lake , the largest lake in Catalonia. We will come back to Girona city about 5/5.30pm depending on the traffic.

The tour guide, Alvar, is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He patiently guided us and answered all our questions. We enjoyed a vigorous hike into the volcano crater and visited beautiful ancient villages and learned the legends and histories. ThANK YOU!

Hice la excursión de la Garrotxa y la de Dalí, Cadaqués y Portlligat, las recomiendo totalmente. Tanto Carme y los guías Ramón y Álvar fueron encantadores y profesionales. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Gerona, haré la excursión a Costa Brava

Hicimos hace unos días esta excursión y ha resultado fantástica. Nos atendieron Carme y Álvar. Álvar es un excelente guía que hace de las excursiones auténticas aventuras y paseos por lugares en los que te deleita con su gran conocimiento, no solo de la historia de los lugares visitados, si no que salpica la excursión con innumerables leyendas típicas de la zona y los lugares visitados. Hace el recorrido realmente interesante. Interactúa con los clientes con una charla muy clara y amena. Es un guía excepcional. Muy cercano y amigable. Gran conexión a nivel personal con él. Carme, es una persona muy cercana y super amable que hace que te sientas muy cómodo a lo largo del viaje. Por cierto, gran conductora. Recorrimos unas carreteras muy secundarias e hicimos el viaje con una gran tranquilidad y suavidad. Muy recomendable esta excursión.
