We had excellent time in Giza and Cairo. IBIS Tours had made all the arrangements for the trip. Our guide Dr. Ahmed was knowledgeable & very patient, our driver was efficient & always on time and Mr. Essam the coordinator was very resourceful.

I arrived in Egypt for my RTPCR test in preparation for my trip to Canada. Because of the journey, I was exhausted after a long flight. When I arrived at the hotel and discovered that my room was a twin sharing room, which was not my option, and that my agent in India had not told them of my single accommodation, I immediately resisted and informed them that I require a single room. In a matter of minutes, Mr. Essam and Ahmad from the IBIS group had resolved the problem. The IBIS team is courteous and humble when it comes to hosting travelers from all over the world. Whenever you travel to Egypt, I highly recommend the IBIS group since they take care of everything for you. Thank you IBIS. Your Team is very organized and loyal.
