予定時間になっても来ないので連絡をしたら1時間程度遅れそうとのこと。来る途中で事故にあったらしく、結局３時間遅れでスタート。頑張って来てくれたし、怪我もしてないようだし、まぁいいか。 博物館はところ狭しと展示物が並んでいて解説無しでは見どころが分からなくなるほどの物量。ツタンカーメンだけは説明不要で必見。 オールドカイロは歴史的背景の解説のおかげで感動も一入。 ガイドさんはカイロ大学で日本語を勉強したらしく丁寧な日本語と、豊富な知識でわかり易い説明でした。 博物館もオールドカイロも解説無しではこんなに感動できなかったかもしれません。 この2箇所はガイド付きがおすすめ。
