IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Please be ready at the pick up location approximately 15 minutes prior to the tour time on your voucher. Tour will begin after pick ups are complete. Tour times are approximate and can be affected by accidents on the road, weather and/or road construction.
ABOUT HOTEL PICK-UPS
Occasionally we will make hotel pick ups if we have (3) or less hotels per tour. These pick ups are not guaranteed at booking but if this option becomes available we will notify you. Please note that we only pick up at local Anchorage area hotels. You will be advised of the alternate pick up location if we have reached our maximum 3 pick up hotels.
Please note that we also do not pick up at private homes, businesses, apartments or B&B's.
Drop off at Anchorage's Ted Stevens International Airport may be available upon request.
PLEASE PROVIDE US YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
It is important for us to know the location of your hotel and also a way to call you. Please provide a good cell number to call you while you are traveling in Alaska. Your home number or a land line number does not help us in contacting you. Also know that sometimes cell phones do not work well while in Alaska and if we cannot get in touch with you, we will not know where to pick you up!!
CONFIRMATIONS - REMINDERS - PICK UP TIME - PICK UP LOCATION
We will use the cell phone number that you provide to us at booking to text you and send you updates with any changes to your tour and also to confirm the pick up time.
We will send you a text to confirm your pick details about 24 hours prior to your tour. You may also get another text message from your guide on the day of your tour.
CANCELLATIONS & BOOKINGS MADE THROUGH VIATOR
If you need to cancel your tour, please do not call us. For cancellations you will need to contact VIATOR directly. We are unable to cancel a booking made through VIATOR on your behalf. Please do not send us text messages, emails or leave phone messages if you are trying to cancel your tour made through VIATOR. Doing any of these does not constitute a cancellation and due to the large amount of emails and phone calls that we receive on a daily basis during our busy season, we cannot not reply to messages & phone calls related to cancellations.
