It was incredible from start to finish, our tour guild and driver were very knowledgeable in the history of Scotland and the different areas of the highlands.
I began my trip at 8.30 am and was blown away by every stop we did. The sights were outstanding.
Continuing reading for a detailed description, our first stop was at a little village called Luss which overlooked Loch Lomond, then the second stop was at Glenmore Valley, and the third stop was at Inveraray which is a small town but has a lot to see and explore. Just a short walk from the town is a castle unfortunately due to time constraints our tour was unable to go inside as we spent roughly an hour there. We then moved on to a historic landmark kilchurn castle which is on a small piece of land in the sea. In between these stops our driver continued to give information about each area as well as play traditional Scottish songs and the meaning behind them. Shortly after we got to see some highland cows before moving on to Laura's Falls and then moving on to a small town called Oban which is known for its seafood McCaig's Tower and battery hill is a coliseum. After a short drive, we stopped off at the castle stalker. It was at this point we were told the story of the massacre of Glencoe then went to Glencoe and the three sisters and continued our loop of the day.
