You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I needed to take four people to the airport, so I booked a car for 4. When the car arrived, there was space only for two big suitcases, so we had to call another taxi to take the other two people with their bags. I request a refund as I paid for transportation for four people, but the company has not to reply my messages.

Transport was on time and driver was very nice..But i didn't receive any confirmation with regards to pick up time 48hours or 24 hours before my departure date..I had to call the transport company myself and they took awhile to get back to me.
