    Some of the reviews on Trip Advisor had us worried about the Go City pass but it turns out there is nothing to be worried about! All of the places we went to were fully aware of what this was, and did not issue any problems in providing us with the relevant services. It was also a very good value for money deal as we did so many activities for relatively cheap, and was a great way to familiarise ourselves with Las Vegas.

    Pay attention to all that is indicated....closed attractions but no way to know....customer service does not care about your troubles. On some activities you have to enter the code with "-" and on others without spaces which complicates reservations and you have to communicate with them. Beautiful pass but with several small details that makes it less attractive.....to do again perhaps but do your steps before to make sure that your planned activities are available on your dates desire

    We only had 3 days in Las Vegas and completely lost a day! Since our pass didn't work everywhere! Even though we made the reservations, when we arrived at the activity they said that go city had disabled the pass. When we got on the phone, the person who attended us treated us terrible and then cut us off. And when we communicated through the chat of the app, they did not want to give me an email to make the claim, they kept saying that the passes if they worked and that it was a problem of the activity and not of them. In total there were 6 activities that we didn’t manage to do and in the app we came out like we did a lot of things!! I'm tired of trying to leave the claim!! Lousy attention, and no solution to our lost day!
