After reading many reviews and having taken a few other tours in a group, we opted for this private tour. Booking was easy and quick and the company were flexible in picking us up at 7.00am rather than the advertised 7.30am. from our hotel in Hoi An. Our guide Kong was excellent and communication was easy. He explained points of interest along the way and when we arrived at Bana Hills he navigated the crowds brilliantly taking photos for us throughout the trip. (Kong made us look like super models, leg forward) I believe it would be difficult to navigate Bana Hills without a guide as Kong was able to explain the history and stories behind what we were seeing and avoided areas that were crowded. The cable car ride was fantastic and well organised. Being on a private tour we were able to spend time on points of interest to us and move on quickly to other sites. We visited many pagodas and large Buddhas, the Lady Buddha (goddess of mercy), the wonderful caves in the Marble Mountains. We stopped to take photos whenever we wanted which was a bonus. We visited the Dragon Bridge and had a lovely lunch of Pho at a local restaurant. Our driver Tri always had the car waiting with a much needed cold drink and cool towel when we returned from sightseeing. His driving was excellent and we felt very safe. We couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough. This company takes the stress aut of touring around as everything is organised for you . Well done Kong and Tri you are an asset to this company 10/10.

Wow!! From the moment l contacted Andy he service was outstanding, l had booked all my tours and hotel/airport transfers before heading off to Vietnam from Australia, he made this such a easy transaction even made sure l was comfortable paying all up front which this was my decision to pay. He was always responsive to all my messages and nothing was too hard. My itinerary was simple and easy to follow and ensured me that l had nothing to worry about. All his tour guides and drivers were amazing, very friendly and kind. At our last tour Andy surprised us at lunchtime to meet me, l can't say thank you enough Andy for your kindness and it was such a pleasure to meet you in person. The guide Mr Tuan is very experienc e & helpful. His explanation is clear. Good job Mr Tuan. Thank you very much for all your help. Really fantastic day despite the rain and wind on that day. We enjoyed so much.
