  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Please do not use this company. They misrepresented the tour saying it would be a narrated bus ride to Versailles before the one and a half hour tour on the property but then switched it last minute to a train. I was considering cancelling due to the switch but they reassured me the train ride would include the guide providing history along the way. This was the farthest from the truth. We were shuttled onto a public train and there was zero interaction with the guide the whole way to Versailles. I asked the company for a refund due to the misrepresentation and they refused. Use a different tour company and stay away from this one.

The guide was terrible and so confusing, everyone didn’t know what to do. Our time slot to get in was wrong (later than we arrived). We didn’t get to enjoy the gardens, felt we were rushed.

Our tour guide I believe her name was Naiomi was so knowledgeable and kept the tour moving smoothly. Would do it again with a tour guide worth the $.
