Our guide was not responsible for the absolute crush of people visiting which made it impossible to see much with a forest of cell phone photographers to navigate. However, her information about the palace and its history was pretty minimal, nothing about the gardens and in general, not worth the price. At the end of the palace visit, she could have provided more info about the fountains, music interludes and suggestions of what gardens to visit. All in all, not worth the money. Buy a ticket in advance and get a tmed entry, take the C train from many metro stops.(You can google which ones) . Rent an audio in advance and follow the crowds when you exit the train. The meeting point was hard to find( could use a physical address for the cafe) so we almost didn't make it in time..not the only ones!

Highly recommend this tour. It was well organized and well run. Only issue that I had was that my return ticket demagnetized and I had to purchase another return ticket.
