We turned up for our tour to find it was not on! In fact the company don’t run tours at this time of year. We did receive a full refund and the company (Stromma) offered us a free tour should we be there in summer. Unfortunately this is not possible and we wasted half a day of our 3 days in Gothenburg.

Trip Advisor let me book a tour that wasn’t available in January. An employee at the Visitor’s Center gave me the heads up, but Trip Advisor never informed me!

The tour never happened even though Viator took my money. My family and I waited atvthe dock and no one ever showed up. I suspect Stromma who isnyhe tour provider did not have plans to tour that day. Please refund.
