  • It is your responsibility to make your way to the bus stop from your accommodation.
  • We recommend that you plan your trip so that you arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours before flight departure if you are travelling abroad and 1 hour before departure if you are travelling within the country.
  • Since luggage space inside the coach is very limited, only one (1) small piece of hand luggage per traveler is allowed to be carried on the bus. The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

En utmärkt och prisvärd service, dörr till dörr från Eriksberg till Landvetter. Fler borde utnyttja denna väg till Landvetter flygplats.

Åkte med bussen från Landvetter till Frölunda 0045 och blev bemött av en otroligt otrevlig kvinna. Det gick inte att scanna biljetten och hon började anklaga mig och en till passagerare som hade samma problem att vi inte hade betalat och att vi inte skulle få åka med om vi inte betalar vilket jag såklart hade gjort. Detta var såklart otroligt jobbigt att bli anklagad på det viset när man är en väldigt pålitlig människa. Jag fick leta fram mitt mail där jag hade bekräftelsen och efter ca 15 min sura miner så fick vi åka med. Detta var sista bussen för natten och att få den stressen när man redan var helt slut var inte rolig. Det verkar vara problem med era scannrar men att anklaga passagerar för detta är INTE OK. Kommer tyvärr inte våga åka med er igen efter det här. Ska dock tillägga att mannen som körde till Landvetter skötte sig bra så detta är riktad till kvinnan.
