  • It is your responsibility to make your way to the bus stop from your accommodation.
  • We recommend that you plan your trip so that you arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours before flight departure if you are travelling abroad and 1 hour before departure if you are travelling within the country.
  • Since luggage space inside the coach is very limited, only one (1) small piece of hand luggage per traveler is allowed to be carried on the bus. The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We were at Frölunda torg 15:15 to go by bus according to the timetable to go 15:23. It arrived at 16:02. Not acceptable, but we will, according to your complaint conditions, request a refund.

Very convenient: a bus every 15 min just outside the terminal. And a much cheaper alternative to the taxi. On the bad side, I took the bus in Summer and it was very hot, the driver didn't care to turn the AC on ( if they had any).

En utmärkt och prisvärd service, dörr till dörr från Eriksberg till Landvetter. Fler borde utnyttja denna väg till Landvetter flygplats.
