O trajeto muito bonito. As dicas de passeios feitas pela Fabiana, sua disponibilidade e paciência. O apoio nos dado, desde o transfer do aeroporto de Porto Alegre até os passeios foram excelentes. No transfer tivemos como guia Isaias, sempre solicito e bem informado. Nos passeios em Gramado e Canela tivemos como guia Fabiana, sempre solicita, bem informada, de fácil trato e super gente boa. Nos auxiliou muito, até em coisas particulares. Super recomendo.

O melhor serviço de turismo privativo de gramado! Experiência única com uma equipe excelente, muito competentes, educados e simpáticos, além de conhecer os melhores pontos de gramado e adjacentes. Nas duas viagens que fiz à gramado a equipe Fatur Turismo esteve presente, trazendo o melhor roteiro e adptando para nossos desejos e necessidades (somos senhoras de idade, ela teve muito atenção para que nós soubessemos nossos direitos e vantagens nos passeios). Recomendei pra todos meus amigos, pois é a melhor opção com um ótimo custo benefício.
