Expert cheese ripeners, in a relaxed talk, talking about the properties and flavor of Canarian cheese. Customers also have half a bottle of wine per person. It is an interactive tasting in which customers ask questions and talk about the cheese tasted. They will learn about types of milk, rennet, maturation and flavors. The culture of cheese in the Canary Islands is very strong and deep-rooted. Learn from their farmers and their product. We select the best cheeses from all the islands on the same plate.

A wonderful experience. Great to taste a variety of wonderful Canary cheeses, beautiful explained by a very knowledgable, Rafa. Definitely worth the visit, can’t wait to visit again soon!

We were given 10 cheeses on arrival and tried each one separately with a detailed explanation of each. We sat around a communal table. The accompanying wine of half a bottle each was good. We were then left to finish our cheese plates and the wine, chatting with the other guests and debating our favourites. The portions were generous and only 2 of 7 managed to eat all of our cheeses !
