At the moment the Park is open but we cannot see lava, only do the trails in the park so it is your decision if you want to visit this attraction and you will have information from the certified bilingual guide who will accompany you all the time.

    Our accredited guide will take you to see the sea of lava from the edge of the main crater and on the way you will be given a lot of information about the volcanoes of Nicaragua and specifically of the Masaya Volcano.

Manuel was our guide and it is very chill and laid back. He was filled with lots of information. We did a tour of the museum and soon went to the overlook and did a short hike to have a higher vantage point. This was a great tour and lots of information.

Fantastic tour. The geology of the area mind blowing! Our guide ( am sorry I forgot his name) was superb, so informative about the history, funny and very kind. Top notch guide!

I had a wonderful time seeing the lava. The guy is professional and shares a lot of information about the volcano and the local dynamics due to volcanic activities.
