The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Our transportation is safe and reliable. All drivers have Bahama-host certificates, which certifies that they are knowledgeable and professional. Round-trip ransfer from the airport to the resort and the transfer back to the airport.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Came out of Freeport airport and the driver was waiting with a name plate. Really friendly driver and spoke of some island history on route to the hotel. Brilliant service. Recommended.

Super easy booking and pick-up! Had a sign with my name on it as well. Vehicle was air conditioned and driver Quinton was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable about the island.
