The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Our transportation is safe and reliable. All drivers have Bahama-host certificates, which certifies that they are knowledgeable and professional. Round-trip ransfer from the airport to the resort and the transfer back to the airport.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver was already at airport. Got us to the resort safely and quickly. Didn’t say anything about picking us up and I paid for roundtrip, but I’m sure he’ll be here to pick us on time for our return flight.

Our flight was an hour late, but the shuttle was waiting on us and the operator was very pleasant and polite.
