BEWARE! We booked this in January for a trip in April. The day before our scheduled excursion I received the digital ticket. I reached out, through chat, to find out the pick up time from the cruise port, after receiving the ticket. Several hours later I finally received a response saying our reservation was cancelled because they were going to be closed. A week later I’m still trying to get my refund. First I was told to contact Expedia, but I didn’t book it through Expedia. Then I received a message saying I could request my refund. Well, I’d already done that. Now I’m playing email tag with a Viator representative. Reviews I read prior to booking made me nervous as quite a few described disappointing experiences and headaches trying to get refunds. The simple fact that I have to actually ask for my money back on an excursion they cancelled less than 24 hours before is just bad business.
