A great experience and definitely one to do if you’re in Sedona or Phoenix. It’s definitely better to go with a guide so you’re not trying to find good spots. They show you everything, bring you lunch. They also take you on a hike into the Grand Canyon which you should definitely do, even if you are scared off heights. The trail is wide and easy for anyone. All the sights are great and it’s a great experience. Our tour guide was Patrick Boyd, very good at what he does.

My son and I had the most amazing private tour yesterday . Patrick picked us up at our hotel in Flagstaff promptly at 8:00. The van was extremely comfortable and endless beverages and snack were available . During the 90 minute drive to the South rim, Patrick pointed out points of interests and is very knowledgeable in the Canyons history. Once in the park for the next few hours we went to 5 different areas to take in the full beauty of the Canyon. Lunch was provided and was delicious. They even were able tailor the meal to our dietary restrictions. The day just flew by.
This was a bucket list dream for me and this tour and our guide Patrick did not disappoint.

John is a tremendous source of information for Native American information, geology (his college major) and general history of the area. The route is obviously well designed with each stop getting more amazing at the canyon. If all you have is one day this is a great tour!
