We had a fabulous time on this tour! Our tour guide, John, was informative and humorous. He helped us choose the right level of hiking for a family with very different abilities so that we were even able to get a view from below the rim. We had a lovely picnic lunch. Highly recommend!

This tour was really terrific, without qualification. Our guide was Ben Murphy, who also is owner of the company, which employed about 5 or 6 other guides (if I recall correctly). Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the Grand Canyon, from its geology to its history to such practical things as where to get a good meal. He was also very flexible in terms of what we wanted to see and do and what we were physically able to see and do. Maybe best of all, Ben is also a very friendly and engaging guy, with whom lively conversation won't flag. Would give it 10 stars if I could.

We experienced a private tour to the Grand Tour and the whole thing was amazing! We were picked up at our hotel which was a bonus and the van was very comfortable, roomy and had usb ports so we could charge our phones. We had snacks and drinks readily available. Our guide was Patrick Boyd and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He drove us to different spots to view the canyon and had a great telescope so we could see things all over the canyon. When it came time for lunch he set up a picnic table with a table cloth, laid out some delicious food and drinks. We enjoyed that the tour was just our family. Patrick took great care of us and we would happily do it again and highly highly recommend Patrick.
