Great experience training with Kara. Adapted a plan for my skill level and had great results. Great with communication and came to our condo for session. Highly recommend!!

I joined a group swim class to learn some techniques for open sea swimming. Kara is an excellent teacher, she is experienced, patient and very encouraging. She believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself
