My driver Roxy was amazing I give her 5 stars. She waited when I arrived because curtains took very long. She also was very informative during the ride. I dropped it down to 4 because there was miscommunication in my departure which was not her fault. I received a confirmation email stating 10:35a and the company told her 11a which gave my anxiety about missing my flight.
