I got to the golf cart lot and was told they had no cart for me. It was very disappointing and ruined my experience at Grand Turk

Would not suggest this company to anyone!!!!! We get there they bring us to a nice new golf cart and we were impressed BUT then tell us they have now key for it . We then get a cart with no brakes or windshield to block the rain. Move on to cart #3 has no gas. On to cart #4 and it is all broken up then the people renting the carts start to argue and tell us to take the cart with no gas and he gave me $10 to put gas in it . After an hour of waiting we are off to have fun. Drive for about 40 minutes and the cart starts driving slower. So we stop and look under seat and fix the cart . At this point we drove to a beach and swam for 20 minutes then back to turn this nightmare of a day in and just relax on our ship .

This wasn’t a smooth process. We rented and confirmed a booking and showed up to the operator saying they didn’t have a cart for us. Said it was cancelled. Tried to get more $ from us for another one. We declined. Then we get a phone call an hour later stating they’re waiting for us. We went back to same person we had already spoken too and they had a golf cart ready for us. Very disorganized and disappointing. We will probably not rent again. We did have a good time after all of the mess of getting one.
