The buses were safe, clean and comfortable. Frequency of services was as advertised- a bus approximately every 20 minutes. It would have been helpful if a paper map could have been provided, especially for those, like us, who ventured away from the route to explorer the area. A map would have helped us to know where the pick- up points were. Note- this is just a bus service not a tour no commentary, no information. And the pickup points are not clearly marked.

I had a great time in Noumea and found the hop on hop off bus great. They are not tour operators just bus drivers, if you wanted a tour then book one instead of complaining. We booked a tour first in the morning, then used the bus to get to all the other places we wanted to see. I found it easy to get on and off and could spend as little or long as we wanted at each stop, knowing we didn’t have to rush to get back to the ship. We took everything we needed for the day out and had a wonderful time.

Over promise under deliver. Had a great pitch at the terminal. 10 buses do not a long wait. We were on the first bus and did the first stop at morning market. We then got on the next bus and went to lemon beach. We had lunch and I started watching how often the buses went by. It got longer and longer in between buses. When we were ready to leave we had to wait 35 minutes for a bus when the who circuit only takes 40 minutes. The bus was packed because everyone was waiting for the only bus running. DONT USE THE GREEN BUSES.
