The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The transfer was smooth but had a bit of a hiccup to start. It had asked me to book a time which I did and gave myself a lot of extra time. However the shuttle did not come at that time as they said I cannot select a time for a "shared" transfer. This is understandable and it turns out we still had plenty of time but we would not have even known that it was coming later if not for our hotel receptionist calling the travel agency. There really should have been some communication. We woke up early and had all of our stuff together outside for no reason. A small inconvenience but it could have been a big one.

Although previous ride from airport to our View Hotel was fine, the last one from our hotel to the airport was a horrible experience. My daughter was about 15 minutes late getting to the front desk. The driver became angry, was very rude, and scared us. He screamed at us about the time, never once said hello and didn’t help me into the vehicle. He drove at a very high speed, very recklessly. We were terrified and afraid for our safety and our lives, almost shaking. When we got to the airport, he threw our luggage out onto the curb, and never asked if we were ok or anything. This was the scariest ride of my life and I was afraid for my life. My daughter felt the same way. It was sad that this negative experience was the last one in your beautiful country.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
