My mum and I were picked up from our hotel in a clean air conditioned Mercedes Van. Our guide for the afternoon, Yannis, a native of Santorini for almost 80 years was inside to share his knowledge of Santorini and beyond. Our first stop was Kanaba Atna Kpaeia, a local wine and liquor maker. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere while tasting. My favorite was their Limoncello! Our next stop was Koutsoyannopoulos Winery to learn about wine making on Santorini and tase. Our final stop was at the Blue Monkey brewery to enjoy beer tasting paired with beautifully presented morsels while sitting on a beautiful rooftop deck. All around a lovely afternoon spent.
