Brilliant personalised tour of the olive oil making process. Pavlos and Olga are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Delicious lunch and of course olive oil! Thank you

Nous sommes allés visiter l’oliveraie. Nous avons été accueillis par Olga qui est très gentille et souriante. Pavlos ensuite été en charge de la visite de l’oliveraie, il explique toute l’histoire des oliviers qui sont multicentenaires. Il utilise des mots simples pour expliquer les procéder, c’est donc très compréhensible. Ensuite retour dans la zone de production où on nous montre les machines qui produisent l’huile. C’est une production d’huile extra vierge IGP kalamata. Puis dégustation de produits locaux (fromage, porc fumés, olive, pain…) et d’huile d’olive. Super expérience, personnes adorables (Olga, Pavlos et les filles) et très interessant.
