The people in charge of this class were amazing, the location was spectacular, and the food was even better. This is the most authentic farm-to-table experience I have ever had. Even the wine, feta, and honey were from the farm.

What a terrific experience! I found this excursion via a recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed it! We were picked up from our hotel by Konstantinos and brought to a little rustic farm where Mrs Juliana helped us prepare a delicious meal. We prepared yemista, lamb and potatoes and other mouth watering dishes all over an open fire and outside oven--while sipping a wonderful greek white wine of course. Konstantinos served as an interpreter and sous chef and is very knowledgeable about greek history and culture. As promised, there were plenty of leftovers which were packaged for us and which we enjoyed the next day! We finished the day by exploring the farm from which they get much of their produce. It was really great to get off of the beaten path and experience a truly authentic meal and pleasant greek hospitality! When I get back to Naxos, I will definitely do it again!
