Corinth Canal, Isthmia, Greece The Corinth canal was dug through the isthmus at sea level and has no locks. It is 6.4 kilometres (4 mi) in length and only 21.4 metres (70 ft) wide at its base, making it impassable for many modern ships.
You may enjoy the best view of Corinth's isthmus and admire The Corinth Canal which connects the Gulf of Corinth in the Ionian Sea with the Saronic Gulf in the Aegean Sea. 30 minutes

The Altis, the sacred enclosure and core of the sanctuary, with its temples, cult buildings and treasuries, occupies the centre of the site. 60 minutes

Great trip! Andreas, our driver/guide was great. We altered our trip to go to Loutraki and Nafpoli instead of the longer drive to Ancient Olympia. Good choice. This is an all day trip. Beautiful scenery worth the trip away from city.
