The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Nous revenons de Santorin du 1/06 8/06/2022 avec Héliades.. je ne recommande pas. Arrivée à 20h15.. plus d’une heure à attendre le transfert.. puis arrêt à tous les hôtels pendant 2 h alors que l’aéroport est à 18km de notre hôtel à Perissa. Le chauffeur de bus nous a laissé sur la route à 300m de notre hôtel en jetant nos bagages parterre. Arrivée à l’hôtel 5 étoiles à 23h .. plus de dîner… petite assiette viande froide.. un verre d’eau.. d’autre part , demie pension nulle, pas digne d’un hôtel de cette catégorie..chambre étriquée dans un recoin.. tout cela pour 3000€.
Puis le transfert retour, jamais vu arrivé le bus.. au bout de 30 mn de retard, avons pris un taxi pour 40€.
Avons mis une réclamation auprès d’héliades qui nous a répondu que c’était de l’incompréhension..
Terminé héliades.. pensions que c’était du haut de gamme.. retournerons chez Fram ou TUI beaucoup plus au point et pas photo rapport qualité /prix
