I was there for almost an hour after the time I asked to be picked up. I had no number to call or update. I sent an email and still was stuck then when I was finally contacted an hour after the discussed time the I got a lot of back and forth via text message.

The driver picked up our group in a timely fashion for our transfer from our hotel in Oia to Santorini Airport. The professional and courteous service is greatly appreciated. I would recommend the service to other travelers.
