A wine tasting tour at Santorinian selected wineries of different ambience, combining modern and traditional wine making followed by a visit to a local winery restaurant for food an wine pairing. What to expect: Tastings of ancient volcanic wines that you will fall in love with. Gourmet cuisine by awarded chef. A deeper knowledge and understanding on Santorinian wine tradition and wine making heritage. A fulfilling wine and dine experience. First stop: Local vineyard where you will be able to see how local vines are cultivated in Santorinian anhydrous terrain. Then our next three stops will be: A traditional winery, a modern winery, a classic winery restaurant. During wine tastings guests will enjoy a variety of local dips and delicacies. This is an absolutely excellent tour. It is great for foodies who want high quality wines and exquisite food - one of the wineries has a meal from a Michelin rated chef! I chose this tour because it also goes to a few more wineries than most other tours. Emmy and Alex are great fun and even pulled some strings to accommodate a special request of mine to see the cave settlement areas in Santorini. This is a great experience and all at a great price - you really get more than what you pay for. Highly recommend you to book this experience!
