This tour is totally worth it! Tonia and George are amazing hosts. Not only were they extremely nice and welcoming, but they were a wealth of knowledge about the island. We learned so much! Akrotiri was an incredible site to see, being able to walk among a piece of history. The Lost Atlantis Museum was fun, a combo of history and cheesy interactives. But by far our favorite part of the tour was the wine tasting. Tonia and George gave us a full tour of the vineyard. The wines were fantastic, and Tonia knew everything about them. We could have hung out with them at the winery all day! In summary, book this tour!! It was a wonderful experience all around!

I’m not usually one for tours but this was superb. Tonia & George were so full of interesting Greek tidbits/history/culture, full understanding of wine & tastings and were genuinely funny and welcoming. The tastings were diverse and interesting - showing a great profile of Santorini wine. The pairings were excellent and the Greek dinner we had absolutely outstanding. They made everything beyond easy with a pickup and drop off. If we come back to Santorini the first thing we’ll do is arrange another tour w George and Tonia. It’s worth every penny. What a fantastic afternoon!

We were keen to tour the island but did not want to hire a car or join a large group. We chose a half-day tour with Santorini Wine stories, which was recommended our hotel receptionist. We were driven round the island by the charming George whilst listening to the knowledgeable and entertaining Tonia with another couple from our hotel. We enjoyed the whole tour but my favourite stop was the winery and my wife liked Megalochori very much. We can highly recommend seeing Santorini with George and Tonia.
