By letting common sense prevail. Instdad of 2 bags I put in one. That one bag was 3.00 cms to large to go in the one way but fit in the other. So for the priviledge for my bag to accompany me it cost me £27 for it to accomoany me. Terrible service no commence sense and as I am a frequent travel I will use other neans as they have now lost my cystom and that of my wife family and friends... unlucky. What a way to run a business! Customer care sucks!
