Best cooking class I have participated in. The instructor is knowledgeable and charismatic, and the food you cook tastes amazing! On top of all this the class takes place in a beautiful area making it easily worth the price.

First of all, the cooking class was not held in a proper kitchen. It was merely a table with a couple of induction hot plates to serve as the cooking surfaces. With the exception of one member of our group that assisted from time to time with the cooking, we were seated thereby not allowing us to really see what was going on in the pans / pots. The chef concentrated his attention on a young woman to the point of being somewhat inappropriate. We did learn a couple of cooking tips and the food was okay, hence the reason for the "Poor" and not "Terrible" rating.
