    Embark on a fascinating guided tour of the La Fortaleza distillery, where you will learn about the entire tequila production process. During the tour, you will see the brick ovens where the agave is cooked, the mills where the piñas are crushed, and the fermentation vats where the juice is turned into must. As you progress, you will discover the copper stills in which the must is distilled into tequila, while the different stages of distillation are explained. The visit culminates in the bottling area, where you will learn how tequila is labeled and bottled.
