    Jilbin was amazing !! The food was so good and we enjoyed alot! The team was very kind and friendly and we learned a lot. They also have a big farm in the back where they grow all the fruit and even the coffee beans .

    2 hr cooking demonstration. We made ceviche, empanadas, had a refreshing spearmint mocktail and finished with coffee traditionally brewed. Our hosts were entertaining and very knowledgeable. An overall terrific experience!

    Wonderful intro to the food, plants and culture of Costa Rica! Highly recommend. Esteban and Mathilde were so inviting. Even got a history lesson. A must when your visiting this special blue zones area!
