We'll visit a coffee plantation in Guatapé, where we learn from local farmers everything about the coffee process, from sowing the seed to drinking a cup of coffee, there you can collect the coffee and being for a while a coffee farmer. As we are in Guatapé, we have to go to the rock We continue heading to the boulder, get ready to climb more than 708 steps to reach the top, that adorns the landscape of eastern Antioquia and enjoy a breathtaking 360 degrees view from the dam and surrounding areas to capture unforgettable pictures. Then we go to the town, where we enjoy lunch before strolling around the most important landmarks of a town full of color, friendly people and corners with fascinating stories that we are going to share with you, how the tradition of "zócalos" (house facades painted) started and why is important for the inhabitants; if you are a chocolate lover, there's a shop waiting for you, also you will have time to buy handicraft from the local stores.

What a day! Andres was the consummate guide for our adventure! He was a safe and good driver. The Rock at Peñol was mesmerizing, and Andres WOWED us with the history of The Rock and the entire surrounding area. Guatapé is so rich in history (both fact and myth) and Andres told us so many stories, it really brought it all to life for us! We loved hearing and seeing the pics of the “Blue Dragon” lake. Andes had many contacts in Guatapé and they were very welcoming when we visited shops and the restaurants (delicious lunch!). The Iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Carmen was beautiful and very spiritual. Our visit to the coffee plantation was educational! Who knew there were so many steps from germinating the seeds to finally having the “perfect cup of coffee”, and we were able to experience every aspect of the process! Wonderful farm and loved every minute. On the way back to Medelliń we stopped at Peñol for “fruit tasting”. Andres had us tasting fruits I’ve never seen or heard of! Quite an experience Andres was so patient with us, letting us spend the day at our own pace and was so respectful, cheerful and generous of spirit. This tour was EPIC!!!

Increíble el guía súper amable y pascifnte, sabe mucho de café dl igual que el dueño de la finca y el tour por Guatapé fenomenal, también nos llevó a comer frutas riquísimas y en el camino nos llevó en su vehículo súper cómodo !

Very good tour! In one day we went to a coffee farm where we did a whole experience collecting coffee and doing the whole process, then we went to see the rock stone and handsome. Excellent explanations
