Discover the Roots of Manufacturing City Nagoya Immerse yourself in the history of monozukuri (“Craftsmanship”) culture on this private tour. Visit two sites of the world famous companies; Noritake, a tableware and technology company, and Toyota. Both Noritake and Toyota originated from Central Japan, which is considered to be the most important region for advanced manufacturing.     I have owned Lexus autos for more than 20 years so the Toyota Museum was especially meaningful. On my first trip to Japan in 1967 I bought a set of Noritake China, so loved seeing that fascinating museum. Hiro was great guide, and showed us all the important sites in these two museums.

    Enjoyed the tour very much. We met and started the tour on the dot. Went to Toyota Commemorative Museum first, and spent two hours and enjoyed immensely learning the history and the evolution of the Toyota company. Ended the tour at the Noritake Museum. Just around lunch time. Our tour guide Ms.Yayoi Niwa is amazing. I highly recommend her.
