* Half-Day Land: We will travel by bus on route nº3 and J. We will sail from Bahia Harberton to Isla Martillo. You will be able to walk with penguins for 1 hour with a specialized guide who will inform you about the life of these animals. We return to the city by bus. Check in: 2pm at the tourist dock. * Full-Day Navigation Lobos AM + Land Penguin Colony PM: In the morning we will sail through the Beagle Channel, where we will be able to observe the Tierra del Fuego fauna on the Isla de Pájaros and the Isla de Lobos, as well as the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse. Check in at 9am at the tourist dock In the afternoon, we will meet again at our office and we will leave on a bus traveling along National Route N3 and route J. Then we will sail to Isla Martillo, where we will walk for 1 hour with the Magellanic and Gentoo penguins. We return to the city by bus. Check in at 2:00 p.m. at the tourist dock

    Martillo Island, or Yecapasela Island, is an insular territory in the Beagle Channel belonging to the Ushuaia department of the province of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and the South Atlantic Islands in the southern tip of Argentine Patagonia. Its surface is 32 ha.

What a great experience ! Before we landed on the island we were given instructions of how close we were allowed to get and what areas to stay in to protect the birds and their habitat. The guide was knowledgeable and all the staff/ crew were very pleasant. The scenery from the boat on the way to the island is beautiful. It was a longer day than expected but well worth it! It was a once in a lifetime experience to be that close to penguins!

The boat and experience was all together surreal. Great time with the kids. Boat was great and the trip was as expected.
