Cathedral was beautiful ! Needed more time for the gardens. Three tours back to back were too many! Had to rush thru last tour of the Jewish quarter.

We found the description of this tour somewhat misleading. While two of the three tour guides provided us with excellent information, our tour of the Santa Cruz area was disappointing.
It was not clear to us that these were three separate tours, with significant breaks in between. In addition, the information as to where we were to meet for the first tour was also unclear - spelling out the names of the tours, rather than using abbreviations would have been helpful. We wasted a lot of time going back and forth between meetings points and missed about 20 minutes of our tour of Alcazar.
Two of the three guides were very good. Our tour of the Santa Cruz quarter was disappointing. It occurred later in the day, and even though we questioned whether it would be past sundown, we were told not to worry about it. A good portion of the tour took place in the dark.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
How great that you want to share your experience! Your feedback helps other travelers to make a better choice.
