Our family of five had a wonderful morning tour with Charlotte. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and engaging - and even kept the attention of our three boys (ages 18, 15 and 11). She was lovely and made our tour fun and exciting. She also helped provide restaurant recommendations and tips on visiting other sites and attractions while in London.

My family of 5 took the tour with Charlotte and 2 other guests. She was personable and knowledgeable and navigated a diverse group well to get a great view of the changing of the guards as well as the cavalry life guard. She also give good recommendations for other activities and food. Thanks!
